Straight from us to you

While most of our competitors charge an arm and a leg for shipping, our shipping options are straightforward and affordable. We ship to most destinations within the contiguous United States, except to P.O. boxes. Learn more about our range of shipping and delivery options, and choose the method that’s right for you:

Delayed Production

Need more time? We can delay the production of your furniture so that it’s built and shipped when you’re ready. Your furniture won’t be sitting around in the warehouse collecting dust! [1]

Curbside Delivery

Your order will be delivered right to your doorstep or closest entrance, but won’t be unpacked or assembled. We recommend having an extra set of hands around to help! [2] [3]

In-Home Delivery

Price dependent on your location. A premium in-home service will deliver your order on a pre-scheduled date. The delivery team will move and unpack your order to the room of your choice and dispose of all packaging. Please note: Not all items are eligible for in-home service. [4]

Once your order is ready, we’ll reach out to schedule delivery. If you do not schedule your order within 30 days of our outreach, we will consider the order abandoned. Abandoned orders may incur storage and restocking fees and may be cancelled. If you need more time or have issues scheduling, please reach out to customer service.

[2] If curbside delivery is an option, you will be charged a curbside fee based on your zip code (curbside not available on all products).
